These super easy cookies are just 4  ingredients and are also vegan, gluten free, refined sugar and oil free. They contain a healthy dose of protein, carbs and fats to keep you satisfied and full.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour GF oats ground into a flour
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
